ANTALYA - The release of prisoners in Antalya, Mervan Demirtaş, Mahmut Kaygan and Nurşen Tekin, was extended for the 4th, 4th and 2st time repectively.

The release of Mervan Demirtaş, whose release from Antalya High Security Prison was extended 6 times for 3 times because he did not accept the imposition of remorse, was extended once again. 14 years in prison, Demirtaş's release was extended for 6 months because he once again refused to accept the imposition of remorse.

The release of Mahmut Kaygan, an ill prisoner in the same prison, was postponed for the 4th time. Imprisoned for 31 years, Kaygan's release, which had been postponed 3 times for 3 months each, was once again extended by 3 months because he did not accept the imposition of remorse.
It is learned that Nurşen Tekin was expected to be released this week, but her release was postponed for 3 months. It is learnt that Tekin's execution was postponed on the grounds that he did not accept the imposition of remorse.
