DİYARBAKIR- A law suit was filed against the 41 attorneys who left the court room in KCK case to protest their client's being roust out the the courtroom. A sentence of 82 years was requested for the 41 attorneys.
The investigation about the attorneys who left the court room in protest saying the court board have violated the principle of impartiality ,because their clients was roust out of the court room for protesting the attitude of the court board with applauses in the KCK main trial hearing in Diyarbakır on February 3 ,2014 was turned into a law suit after 5 years.
The investigation about the 41 attorneys carried out with the claim of 'misconduct' is completed. The indictment prepared in accordance with the Law on Advocacy by Batman Chief Prosecutor's Office was excepted by Batman 1st Criminal Court.
In the indictment, 41 lawyers was charged with misconduct with a sentence of 6 months to 2 years.
