Kurdish poet Ehmed Huseynî passes away

NEWS CENTER – Kurdish poet Ehmed Huseynî, who had been undergoing cancer treatment for some time, has passed away.
Ehmed Huseynî died in Switzerland, where he had been receiving treatment for cancer. Born in 1955 in Amude, in North and East Syria, Huseynî completed his primary education there.
He later went to Damascus for university, where he studied philosophy. However, the regime did not allow him to use his diploma. Huseynî was forced to migrate to Switzerland in 1989.
Throughout his life, Ehmed Huseynî was engaged in poetry and literature and produced numerous programs, particularly for ROJ TV.
