	ANKARA - The dollar rate, which has been on the rise since the elections, started the day with a record rise and reached 23.35.

	 

	The dollar rate continues to rise. The US dollar, which was 19.57 lira before the May 14 elections and 19.97 lira before the second round of the Presidential Election on May 28, increased by more than 2.5 lira in the 8 trading days following the May 28 elections. The dollar started the day with a rise, as it does every day. One US dollar finds buyers at 23.35 liras.
