State of Emergency decision in the Official Gazette

	NEWS CENTER- The State of Emergency decision taken by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was published in the Official Gazette.

	 

	The decision of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is a member of the AKP, that a State of Emergency (OHAL) was declared in 10 provinces where the Maraş-centered earthquakes were experienced, was published in the Official Gazette.

	 

	The decision published in the Official Gazette included the following statements: “According to Article 11 of the Constitution and clause a of the first paragraph of Article 3 of the Emergency Law No. 2935, Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and It has been decided to declare a state of emergency in the provinces of Şanlıurfa for a period of three months starting from 01:00 on Wednesday, 8/2/2023.”
